HOSA Conference - Walk & Talk w. a Mentor Workshop

The Walk & Talk with a Mentor Workshop is designed like a speed mentoring session where students learn from healthcare professionals about the Move and Mentor Program and hot topics in healthcare. The fun part is, you get to walk and talk with the students!! This workshop is part of APHA’s Billion Step Challenge which is a challenge that is aimed at getting people moving. During the walk, students will ask you questions such as the various ways to get into college, how to land an internship or a job, and how to get a potential promotion at work.

The Martin Luther King Jr. holiday on January 20, 2020 will mark the 25th anniversary of the day of service that celebrates and honors Dr. King. This national day of service encourages all Americans to volunteer to improve their communities.

Join us and make a difference as we volunteer at the Joan C. Dauber Food Bank as a means of giving back on such a special day. Select HERE to register. Space is limited.
